I heard about this autocross being so close in Columbia from a buddy at work and started thinking of how to prep the Focus. Then I heard later that it's for vettes / f-bodies only and then I got sad. 
If I wasn't already going on a cruise of eastern shore tomorrow, I'd come out and watch.

meh, I'm going to have a good time today on a cruise. Post how it goes.
I wouldn't see this coming out fair if I was to run though unless they created separate classes. You can't put a 1900lb car, turbo'd, built suspension, on street slicks against 3,000+lbs cars, rwd, and lots of torque. That would be like pitting Thomas Gerbasi against Chuck Lidell with only fightings style allowed being jujitsu and you can only win by submission.
That being said, I know that I wouldn't do very well just because I need more seat time. The car can handle the track but I'm still learning.
