My engine committed suicide about 2 weeks ago. I have been working on a H/C/I combo for the past couple of months. I have a new top end sitting in my closet and blew the bottom end apart! I have no idea if I want to go with a 383 stroker if my block is salvageable or shortblock with forged pistons or LQ9. Looking for a budget shortblock that won't grenade on me. Ultimate goal is ~ high 11 second street car.
