Fran at RPM just over the Delaware line does a good job.

 

also very interested as when I get a CTS-V ill need a new tuner since all mine are japanese based or specifically subaru.

 

Fran at Race Proven, and for LGT the tuner daily drives an 04 V.

Another vote for Fran... Well worth the drive up there. Trust me i've done it many times and would do it amny more. Way better than the any shop anywhere in MD.
