OCMD (Hotels rates) Just wanted to make this about hotel rates and where people are staying. I cant stand being down below the area of 40st traffic just sucks. I am curious as to what you guys may be planning on spending down there and what kind of rates you are getting for rooms. I may stay at the place I stayed last year they gave me a promo code and the rate doesnt look so bad for thurs-sun...
Stay as low as $287.88 Sea Bay Hotel (on I think 49/50th street)
That doesnt sound too bad for an entire weekend and its car weekend? If anyone is interested let me know and I will slip you the promo code.

We had about 10 people pitch in and rent a condo down by hooters 2 years ago and it was 3 bedroom/2 bath almost brand new. Wound up costing us each under 100 bucks for the entire weekend. Off season rentals for condos are CHEAP.

Anything below 45th street sux traffic wise! A group of us rent a condo at The Carousel every year for the whole week. The off season weekly rate ends up being about the same as the nightly rate for the weekend (Thurs- Sun).
