Squeak and cant figure it out

Squeak and cant figure it out so I installed a new rack and pinion this weekend got an alignment and drove home 300 miles. came to a stop light and herd a squeeking sound coming from the engine bay. I popped the hood to see what it could be and it sounds like a belt squeeking but i replaced the belt when I did the h/c install. The squeel still happends when I give it gas. Could it be the power steering pump. The hoses are hooked up right and everything. Here is a link to the video I took. I cleaned the belt and its still making the noise. Thanks for any help

Have you check the ps fluid level since you put the rack in? also check the tensionor pully and idler pully right next to the ps pump. Pull the belt off and spin both of then is you hear any grinding replace them. also do the same thing with the a/c pully and idler.
first randomly squirt ws40 on the back of each pully and see if that changes the sound.. if not, take off the belt and run it.. rotation sounds like its could be from balancer... if you still hear noise check that
I replaced my belt and water pump maybe 10000 miles ago. And still if it's rainy out or something the belt will squeak. But it squeaks where the print runs under the pump. It's not as fast as yours is going I'd say it'd be a pulley
