Question Rustproofing?

My '02 is showing a bit of underbody surface rust. Anyone have any tips or experience in applying rust converter or inhibitor to the entire underbody? Any local shops that specialize in or offer something like this?

I would just use rust inhibitor on the parts that are showing rust and just scuff up the area first before spraying. Afterwards just cover with some semi.

I've been reading up on this lately too. Seems like a lot of people like POR15. Just grind away all the rust first.

I have heard wonders on POR15. If you look in the appearance / detail section of this site, someone recently undercoated with POR15 and it turned out great.

I will probably do it next time I have to pull my exhaust system off.

I put POR15 on my truck when I rebuilt the suspension last summer. It still looks as good as the day I put it on after driving it all winter as a DD

por15 is awesome, I use it on my trailer. Just make sure you top coat it if the area is going to see sunlight, it will get chalky and fade real fast.
