OK, I finally got everything done. The following was done to the car in the last two weeks.
CTS-V oil pan on the LSx motor so it could be lowered
Double Adjustable rear upper control arms by Edelbrock
New Bilstiens on all four corners
new Moog 5660 springs up front
2" lowering spindles on the front
zq8 bumpstops up front
2" lowering springs for the rear by Hotchkis
New front brakes
I took the car and we got everything put on, taking time as to make sure it was done right. After getting it all together I took it for a ride, and immediatly had to stop. There was a burnt rubber smell and a clanging in the rearend. Put it back on a lift and realized we hadn't adjusted the rearend right, so we went about adjusting it again, finally got it centered, and went to finding the next problem. The exhaust, three inch and whomever bent it didn't do the greatest job running it, was rubbing in the passenger spring. Witha very large pry bar we got it all pulled away from the body adn away from the springs. Its only been finished for 1.5 days so far, the rearend has already dropped, the springs up front are starting to settle, though I might have to do a little more tweaking up there, but it is noticably better driving and handling. Any other pics please let me know:
