Anyway, I know of a place that did this a few years ago for me before this state became emmisions only. TO be honest they charged me $100. For $200 you could just get a retune to help you in more ways than one. If my Formula wouldn't of gotten tuned before i went thru i would of failed also.

I would conact who did your tune and ask them to fix this

You just need a correct tune.It will pass no problem.

If you weren't so far away id love for you guys to tune my car. So im going to TuneTime and see if they can fix the problem tomorrow

Like everyone else posted already! You just need a tune. My car has passed the past 5 years in a row. If I lived in California I would be sent to death row for driving my pollution machine around town.
