Bleh, rained out last night. I was getting ready to go, went to grab a bite to eat and it started pouring. I was at the Applebees in Waugh Chapel right near Capitol and it started to downpour.

Maybe 9ish, I don't know for sure but I saw it coming when we were at Applebees and decided to just stay and have a few beers with some friends that were going to go with.

This was Cecil last night all night. There were no more then 20 cars running total and it was still nice when I left around 8:45
