I am down to 228lbs now

I WILL BE DOWN TO 205LBS BY OCT 2011 BABY............
Then I will stay there for 6 months and final cut down to 190 by Nov 2012

I do cardio 5 times a week, 3 HIIT sessions and 2 low impact...
I figure threw this next cycle I will drop weight but not very rapidly (5lbs) a month until Oct/Nov...Lifting heavy and taking these supplements will ensure most of the loss is from fat...I do NOT eat bad, I eat VERY CLEAN so that helps alot..
I use to weigh 405lbs (JAN 2010)....
When I started the low carb I was 245lbs so I have lost about 23lbs since May 3rd, 2011...
I understand what your saying about bulking and cutting..I just have to continue along and hope I am around 205lbs by Nov. If it takes til the end of dec then thats no big deal...The body does not like to loose fat, its a very tricky this to do naturally so if it takes me an extra 2 months to lose the last bit of weight then who cares..Point is once I HIT 205 I will then do a real bulk/cut threw 2012...I figure I will let my weight fluctuate from 205 to 215 for a solid 6 months of training and then I will CUT TO 190 by the end of 2012.....
I AM COMMITTED TO THIS TYPE OF LIFESTYLE...DO I THINK I WILL LOOK JACKED (NO) BUT I WILL BE IN GOOD SHAPE, ACTUALLY GREAT SHAPE FOR A 48yr old man.............Hell I am in great shape now from where I came, remeber I WAS 405lbs....
