VA, I need your help Recently I was stationed in VA in the Virginia Beach area. I'm looking for a reliable performance shop in the area. Soon I'll need to do some work on the 4L60E, and later will be doing a t-56 swap. Thanks in advance!

Sorry guys been a little busy with school. Actually I've heard of VA Speed even when I was in TX and happy to know they're only 3 miles from my new place.
Right now I'm planning for a stage 2 or 3 build, 2800 stall, 243's, Cheatr cam, and a 125 shot. Later I'll be doing a 408 build and th400 along with suspension upgrades as well.

Well there's also the auto skills shops on base that you can use. Pretty good facilities in Norfolk and Oceana. Are you at *** or LC? Anything more than same day work would require overnight fees but they are reasonable and the lift fees are really good too. I dont know if VA speed does tranny rebuilds but Tick isnt too far away in NC for your T56 build.
EDIT- just read you are swapping from auto to manual then back to auto!?
