Default Custom Exhaust (y-pipe)

Can you guys give me some opinions as to where to get a custom y-pipe done for my car in MD? Closer the better. Looking for a reasonable price for what I want. I called Mandrel Bending Solutions in Pasadena and he said ballpark like $400-$500 and I know I can find someone cheaper than that...I'd hope.

I'm looking for a 3" stainless if possible unless stainless is too expensive. I want the best compromise between flow and fit under the car/ground clearance. I am unsure about cats right now since emissions techs are hit and miss with the visual inspection.

It would have to be mated to TSP 1-7/8 long tube headers and a 3" Borla catback

Give Mufflex a call or check out there site. They have y-pipes or can make whatever you want

4-500 is an average price. Mandrel bent stainless is not cheap. You will have at least 200 in material and at about 100 an hour it will probably take anyone at least 3 hours to complete a good job.

The price you received seems reasonable for a job well done.

You could also buy the materials and try and tackle it yourself.

Why would you get nice 1 7/8 headers and then get some **** kooks design y? That makes zero sense.

If you go stainless, stainlessworks makes a nice piece.. steel, flowmaster merge is the obvious choice.
