Hello,

I'm in Ashton, Maryland. Does anyone within an hour's drive have a dial indicator and know how properly change the input shaft on a T56? I don't have a problem doing it myself going off of what I've read here, but it's nice having someone who actually knows what they're doing to make sure you don't do something stupid.

I had to change the midplate since I was doing a trade with someone and I didn't want to leave the transmission exposed. I'm also changing the input shaft bearing and countershaft bearing. The shims hopefully will be in by tomorrow, so I may be able to do it this weekend or next.
