The wife and I plan to hit Kimball's Friday night for a bit, my man Jason and his lady should be heading down with his Roadmaster wagon (can't miss it, woody with a T56 and huge AMG brakes) as well. Hope to see some of you cats down there if the weather holds.

Good stuff down at Foxboro last night; plenty of F-body cars, 'Vettes, GTOs and such to be found.

I was wondering if anybody this weekend wanted to meet up. I found a Camaro that I really like and really want, but I have never driven one. So I guess my question is, who here wouldn't mind letting me behind the wheel of their F-Body, M6 preferred, and if it has a cam that would be awesome (car I am looking at has a Cam)? I am pretty decent at driving stick (although I have never had a performance clutch) and a good driver. I won't be driving it hard, but just driving it like a normal car to see if I like the DD aspect of it.

Thank you
Zack

Haha thanks. How far is far? If it helps convince anyone, I am fully insured with high liability limits and such.

I gotta find some time to make it there
I work an hour from home and Foxboro is an hour in the other direction, so I left work a couple of hours early to get home, wash the car and get it ready to go, and drive down. I got down there at roughly five o'clock and stayed until around 8 (by which time everyone was gone or heading out); walked the whole place about three times because new cars are coming in all the time. It was not the easiest day, and I might only go one more time this year, but it was worth the effort. A lot of nice rigs, from all different groups (Ferraris, Lambos, street rods, a handful of hellaflush import guys, muscle cars, modern stuff), which you don't get at a lot of shows or cruise nights, and a good venue.

Zack, if you want to come all the way to Fitchburg, my car is an M6 with a pretty serious cam in it and I'll let you take it around the block.

I live in East Providence if you want to meet up sometime I would let you drive mine. No cam, but M6, long tubes, high flow cats, dumped before the axle, intake, hurst short throw. It's an '02 Z-28.

Just drove by a car show in bellingham on 140. Seemed like there was a good mix between late model and old mucle cars. Might go down there in a few weeks anyone care to join?
