New Drag strip in VA. I hope this isn't a double post. But there might be a new drag strip coming to Thornburg in Spotsylvania county, Va I hope it passes and they build it. Its only gonna be a 1/8 mile drag strip but at least its something.
Yes, the owner of Old Dominion Speedway is looking to move. 1/8 mile doesn't really interest me as i was only 20 mins away from ODS and never really raced there. But there is talks of a road course as well as some other stuff and that would be great to see. Hope they do it and it was sad to see ODS go after spending half my childhood their.

Ya it would be nice to see it come to Spotsy. It will be closer but wish they would make it 1/4 mile. ya I have been going to ODS since I was in diapers.I will be 30 in June.
I live 3 minutes from Old Dominion. I've never raced there, but I love sitting outside and hearing the cars. I'm sad they are leaving.
