mechanic needed

hello all, i am new here. i am looking into buying a ls1/t56 swapped 2nd gen rx7. the vehicle has a few minor mechanical ends that need tying up. i am hoping someone here can recommend a mechanic to inspect the car before i purchase it and, if needed, make the repairs in an affordable nature. the vehicle is located in Richmond, VA, which area i am not certain, i will ask the seller later. any info/recommendations is appreciated.

I'm an hr or so from Richmond.... I know my way around swapped motors and drivetrain, if nobody steps up let me know......

delaware is kind of far, it's not running, it won't build oil pressure so the vehicle would need towed. sounds like it needs a new pump.

I can prob get it towed up here for around $300
