Help in Delaware, Dover area

Does anyone have or know someone that has a Diablo Sport Tuner that works on Hemi's? I have an 06 Charger that im working on that I want to turn off the 02 sensors and see if the idle issue is any better. Or even if you have mechanical experience and can take a quick listen/look at it to point me in the right direction that would be great. Im in Magnolia right near Dover AFB, thanks for any help.

We do but you cant turn off the rear O2's with the diablo.
