Pa Inspection stations

Anyone in Pa know where I can get an inspection without them bothering with cats? Im looking to piece together an exhaust system and we technically need them here but if someone can pass me without them, that would be sweet. Im about 45 minutes east of Pittsburgh so shops in Western Pa would be better but Im willing to drive to be passed

If you don't put many miles on it, you might be ok taking it pretty much anywhere. I'm sure if you hit up PRP some night that you could talk to some people...

Im sure I'll just end up doing that. Apparently, in Allegheny County, for a car made in 02, they just to a Gas Cap test and a On board Diagnostics test.... No visual test.... Which technically means I should get by by getting the full exhaust with an ORY and just getting a mail order tune that includes Rear O2 Simulators. Right?
