Ri inspection help

Hey guys I just picked up a 98 Trans Am that I need to get inspected the problem is according to a scan tool there are three incomplete readings one for evap and two for the o2s. In Rhode Island the most incomplete readings they allow is two. Does anyone in R.I. have Hp Tuners and is willing to take a look and at least turn on the o2s so I can get it inspected. The car was tuned in Pennsylvania and I don't feel like driving that far lol. I'm willing to pay some cash or buy some beer. Thanks again

If your evap was not ready, you need to fill the gas tank more. If I remember correctly it needs at least half a tank to report the monitor as ready.
