Track Days Who here is willing to goto Track Days and autocross events?
Im tried of slow cars and imports holding me up.. We need some faster domestic cars there. Show them american cars can handle..
I am thinking of getting together and throwing an autox event if i can and maybe have a skidpad challenge.. highest average G

the only slow cars i see are in hpde groups 1 & 2 and thats because theyre learning....horsepower doesnt make the car fast around a road course, i have no problems walking around higher horspower cars ( fbodys,vettes,stangs) in my slow e36 m3

why re-invent the wheel? there are already great clubs that cater to people that are interested in handling.
road racing: NASA, SCDA, PCA, track time 4 cars, etc.
autocross: SCCA, PCA, Motorsports Northeast, etc
