Default MA emissions question

will MA repair shops or emissions/safety stations perform an emissions check unrelated to getting the annual sticker?

Want to see if anything is looming before I need my sticker..
somewhere in south western area...

Anyone with a scanner capable of reading readiness status of the monitors and trouble codes can do that. Not sure what code readers advanced or auto zone use but I bet theirs can do it too.

I just bought one

Problem is, my mechanic has 2 and they both read 'not available' on all my readiness monitors. I have 2000 miles since my last tune flashed in.
nothing is turned off in my tune, and his scanner reads live data, so the communication should be fine

Geesh that sure didn't look like 4300 in damage. Might want to check over on a Ford forum about the readiness. I know a lot of ford guys recently had problems with getting inspected after being tuned

4 color custom paint and blending with clear, hood repair & paint, $200 headlight, $135 side light, $200 fender, $300 header panel and $1100 front bumper - it added up.
Nobody want's t talk about it online.
I have an emissions readiness inspection 'PASSED' from the guy that modified and tuned the car = can't argue with him on the tune now.
