I have an 02 Camaro with the mods in my sig and am having trouble getting my car to pass inspection in NY. The mechanic told me that 3 of the monitors aren't passing which wasn't enough to fail in the past but all the sensors and tests need to be ok in order to pass with the current standards. He told me it needs the computer swapped out and a retune that will end up costing in the $3,000-4,000 range once everything is said and done. The shop that did my work is out of business and I'm stuck and frustrated. Can anyone offer any advice on this?

Is your CEL on? If so, can you get AutoZone to pull the codes? You can post the codes up here and we can help diagnose it.

Nvm, saw you said monitors aren't on. Do you know which ones? Probably the emissions ones tuned out.

You need to turn all that stuff off with HPTuners, but 2 credits cost $100 and that's what you will pay to have it done.
