Default Step away from the car, And Cycle :o)

God knows I love cars, but after losing 200lbs and keeping it off now for 5 and going on 6 years we are not getting any younger so my advice...Sell the car and buy one of these

Just kidding guys, Long time no speak.
Hope all you boys and girls are doing well

I LOVE CYCLING

You look fantastic.

For those that don't know JS was a major presence in the LSX game for a long time. On the surface he was the typical arrogant Philly jerk we all hate and I think pretty much every one of us argued at one point or another about car stuff.

I do remember posting about having a tuning issue (think it was pinging?) on my '98 Formy. I hadn't even met JS and he offered to meet me at Atco early on a Saturday morning with his laptop to diagnose my car's issues. JS is a truly good guy!

I bought a Giant Defy road bike back in 2012 when I hit a peak weight and remembered how much I enjoyed riding around when I was younger. I lost almost twenty pounds that year without any dieting and felt the best I did in years. The following year I sustained a foot injury in the Spring and never really got completely back in the swing of it. I'm determined to get back on the bike again this year.

I never understood why cyclists and car guys are viewed as mortal enemies. I love cycling and I also love cars.

Thumbs up

Wow, the very last post on this thread (up until THIS one of course) was from Kenny.
And yes, cycling is absolutely among THE BEST fitness activities/sports out there.
Great to see you stayin' fit and keepin' the weight off JS, awesome job.

Started with the road bike and found an easier way to get up hills. I really need to get back on the Cannondale, as I am up 10lbs.
