Performance shop in western PA
I'm located in western PA, a little south of Pittsburgh. I've grown bored with my Z28, but I believe a considerable bump in power will alleviate the problem. The fellow who did the work on my car was very good, and to say his prices were reasonable would be an understatement. But I had that work done 8 years ago. Trouble is, he no longer does that kind of work. I've had no luck tracking anyone down in my general vicinity who is skillful and reputable when it comes to working on LS-powered cars. A shop with a chassis dyno would be great, but I'm most concerned with finding someone who really knows what they're doing. I don't mind traveling 150-200 miles to a shop, but only if it's a very good one.
There are several very good Ford shops within 100 miles or so from me, and there is an extremely highly regarded one less than 20 miles away. I've actually begun to seriously consider purchasing a Coyote, because at least there are people around here who can help me build a Ford. This is my last attempt to find a shop to help me with the Camaro, or else, I believe out of necessity, I'll be jumping to the Ford camp. I thank you in advance for any suggestions.
