When I see you I will tell you some stories. Being a EOD diver in the navy the training you recieve is by far the toughest in the military. It is the only school that 200 attend and about 35 graduate. Navy Special warfare is the best of the best. 1 of us can take 3 marines or 10 1stSG's. I guess since being paralyzed I havent lost the chip that went on my shoulder when I graduated school.

I used to know this Army Major (helped my unit with some O/C business) that had gone through CDQC (there's a surprising number of cadets that have graduated there, too . I'd have tried it but I was told in survival swimming that that's exactly what I did... survived hahaha) and some other crazy schools. He talked about some joint work he had done with some BUDS guys or something like that one time. Crazy stories. Said these guys literally were 10 foot tall and bullet-proof

Hey Scotty,

I have muscular dystrophy.

I don't have too much upper body strength anymore, that's why i use the power chair most of the time.

I have a good friend down in TN that has MD. He's got a formula that's pretty sweet but his isn't demobilizing (or whatever the technical term is) yet. He's worried about when it happens, though...

Yeah, i don't use hand controls.... YET....


I'm doing my best to keep away from them. I've been "tested" to ensure i'm still safe, so until the day comes when i'm not, i'll use my feet.

i like my hand controls, except when yoiu come off the Tbrake with a 1.40 60ft and then have to bang gear with a manual valve body, gets kinda scary
