Default Slowhawk, Easterners - help with my car!!!

please read the post I put in gears/axles. Since my rear end/converter install my car is a vibrating rattle trap! HELP! Any ideas are welcome as to where to start.

Have the driveshaft balance checked before you rip anything else apart.... especially since you ripped the pinion seal out of the rear in 50 miles. WJ

I garrenty the pinion angle is off.I see about 90% of the people out there set them wrong.The car has to be 100% level.Read the tranny angle and zero out the rear angle by that.Meaning if the tranny is -4 degree's,the rear has to be +4 degree's.A wrong pinion angle with waste the pinion seal in the rear if it's off by alot.The crossmember has to go against the floor,not on top of the slp subframes.

Slowhawk I saw in the instructions for the cross brace where it said to mount the TA under the SFC's but mine are welded on, any suggestion's, can't I compensate somehow?

pinion angle....that tq arm takes tons of patience to get it right

Slowhawk, WJSOMSS and PurEvl - you were all right.
1. The rear was not centered left to right. We had checked simulated level on the lift - but after driving and on the ground we moved the rear 3/4" to the right with the panhard rod. Major vibes and rattles gone!
2. Slowhawk - took your advice and did the angle again, just went to where it looked best and the car was really smooth now. Still noisy for me - making the rear seem bad so we put the BMR tq arm back in - PERFECT!! -1.5 degrees pinion angle, no more gear noise than my 10 olt and ZERO rattles, vibes or clunks See you at LVD!!! THANKS FOR THE HELP
