Default Northeast - Bound by Boost Spring Shootout

It's HERE!!! The information you asked for about Bound By Boost's first Spring Shootout!

We would like to give a special thanks to John at New England Dyno Tuning for sponsoring the event, Howard at Lebanon Valley Dragway for giving us such a great opportunity, and Jeremy for volunteering to be our photographer again!

WHEN:
Saturday, April 30th
Gates open at 9am
Racing Starts at 10am

WHERE:
Lebanon Valley Dragway
1746 Route 20
West Lebanon, NY 12195

Click HERE for the list of Entries

Details:

We will have our own lane reserved at LVD, so head-to-head matchups will be easy to arrange, and our lane is getting the first and last runs of the day (should amount to 4-7 runs).

Each participant will receive (Via e-mail) one hi-resolution photo of their car launching off the line!

Each participant will receive a video (Via e-mail) of one of their passes.

PRIZES!!!

1st place in each class...
Free dyno time at New England Dyno Tuning & Trophy.

2nd place in each class.
Free T&T Pass for Lebanon Valley Dragway.

3rd place in each class.
Free BBB T-Shirt.

To enter the Shootout...
Pre-registration cost is $5.
Registration the day of the event will be $8.
Registration for Bound By Boost members is free.
Please contact Kitt for information on how to register.
kitt@boundbyboost.com

There are 3 Classes (Cars will be verifed at the event).
1. Naturally Aspirated Class
2. Forced Induction Class (Any car with it's original turbo or blower)
3. Heavily Modified Class (Any Car with an Aftermarket Turbo, Blower, Engine Swap, or NOS).

Now, ANYONE could win... The way racers will be ranked in each class, is by how much faster they ran, than the published (car and driver) 1/4 mile ET for their car (ET's will be listed in this thread as car entries are received)..

i.e. If car A runs 14.5 stock, and ran a 13.5....
and car B runs 13.5 stock, but only runs a 13.0 that day...
Car A wins because they beat the published time by 1.0 seconds (you are racing against your published time, not other peoples ET's).

***Please keep in mind that LVD is an NHRA sanctioned track, and proper rules will be in effect. (reminder 13.99 and lower = SNELL approved helmet, 11.99 and lower = CAGE).
***Please note that it costs $30 to get a car on the track on saturdays, and spectators are $10.
