I was talkin to a Buddy of mine who is a BOOST junkie and he said possibly there is not enough exhaust velocity at the rear of the car to turn both those
turbos to there potential...I don't know but maybe put a bypass/remove one turbo and see if you can build boost with just the one turbo back there!!!
Sup SprSpt! I considered that, but its not that... It falls to ZERO and the gates stay open, so I gotta beleive it vacuume lines or related... I did some educated guessing on the lines...
