Default Mod #2 and #3!!!!!

My custom built TCI 242937 came in today..
My Nitto 245/45/17 DR's are here too...

Slowhawk sent me a tune to try with the stock setup and it feels great.Nice tight shifts and the car pulls alot harder,I might need a tweek to the line psi after the verter goes in but will see?

I wanna get to Atco to test the verter/drs next...

Like I said,nothing insane....
Only smart thought out mods will be on my GTO

My boss went with a 3400 stall because he wants to run a TR224 cam.
I wont put anything bigger than a 02LS6 cam in my car so thats why I went 3000 stall.

12.50's and I'm done....
Big brakes and 18's are my thing now,not loud gas hog cars that only go straight

Don't lose that focus, you've got it right! Just remember, you're not building a 1/4 mile car anymore and you'll stay happy.

Verter and dr's are going in along with my derale (cooling tubed) trans pan...

Nice, that's like above average stock C6 territory for half the price right there.

I too will eventually put full size fronts back on my Z28 and just drive the thing, 'track only' type cars are still fun as hell but it's really no way to treat or enjoy a sweet new car that's originally designed for so much more.

The cars a .88G off the showroom floor..Eibachs,18's,sway bars and some bushings will get me to about .95G and that would be fine with me....12.50's should be easy on motor and after that I COULD go Whipple if they ever make one but thats not in the plans for a long time....
