Default Help Me Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comp Cams XER lobe
234/246 598/613 113LSA

Going to keep stck heads, will have ceramic coated longtubes into custom side exhaust.

With a cam this size will i have clearance issues?

K im gonna keep it and see what i can do, gonna replace lots of little components (springs, pushords,etc....)so i can get my motor revving nice and high for its peak horsies.
What kind of numbers do you think ill see with a good tune, it is a daily driver but im a radical person so i think me and this cam will get along.

Im also strapping a 100 shot nx wet kit on, what numbers can be estimated with that as well.

please comment i need all the opinions i can get.

The cam will be fine for everyday driving.

With full bolt on's and that exhaust your looking at something between 390 - 410 rwhp.

Tell you one thing, it doesn't matter how comfortable or streetable your cam is, that exhaust will make it a weekend car. It's gonna be way too loud. Expect alot of trouble with the cops if this is gonna be your daily driver.

Be prepared to change and brake valve springs with that cam.

I think he said he was gonna run new springs and stuff. I ran a 242/248 cam with over .600 lift on the intake and exhaust on a 109 LSA for quite some time, even tracked it twice and never even had a glitch with the valvetrain.

you would be making some good power esp with the nitrous, but you might also want to look into a new rear for the car too

Regardless, that cam will wear the valve train down at an excellerated rate... the springs will need to be changed more frequently than you may think.

I'm not an expert on high lift cams so I'd talk to some of the better tunners and see what they say. You might be changing the springs every 25k, I don't know what the magic number would be... but you should look into it.
