you will have to get a copy of the 911 tape for court. as soon as any judge in his right mind hears that he will likely spend some time reminding the officer that he does not have teh right to verbally abuse citizens when pulling them over.
i woudl also suggest you file an official complaint against the officer for his actions.

F the Po.... But really, the reckless driving, the incident should be irrelevant if you got the summons for just the eluding, imo... As for the unmarked cop car, I think thats BS, I personally wouldn't pull over unless it was a cop car either. Its not right that they dont use normal cruisers with stuff like that. I'm in CT and I saw someone get pulled over by a rustbucket blue like 87 bronco, ofcourse outfitted with a state cop and all his cop crap inside. I've been in similar situations as the one you have......I've run from the cops(..yes im dumb) and had some other things back in the day that made cops and I good friends....and I can say that its honestly not worth it. If anything it's a big PIA with all the court BS and fines and all that crap. Trust me it gets old after a while. Im not sure how it works in your state, but after 2 offences within 3 years you have to go to driver retraining school at somethin like 60 bucks a pop.....Next time some hookers come up running their mouth about how you were driving, remember all the time you're going to have to waste now because of this. I know sometimes its tough to keep your cool with all the retard drivers out there, but in teh end if you get pissed and do something out of anger or frustration you're really just going to be ******* yourself in the end..

I"d be majorly pissed in your situation. Whatever happens in parking lots, there's always a lot of attitude and bad tempers around, but it's a $HI||Y thing to do to call the cops on someone. I'd find the girls (from police report) and pay them a visit... unbelievable!

i didnt read the whole comments of everyone but here is the deal i know cause i know the inspector in my city and know this law...like you did you have the right to keep driving and you called 911 to make sure and like they are supposed to they did send a marked unit so once this goes to court the judge will 100% let the charges go because A)its the law they cant arrest you for that and B)you werent speeding,not signaling,or breaking the law in anyway so youll be ok man....let us know what happens
