no front plate ?

no front plate ? i just got pulled for not having a front plate on my car. my question is , is this something i could get surcharged for ? it was 35 dollar ticket so i dont think it could be? if its not then ill just pay it but if it is ill have to fight it and i hope i have some chance. so does anyone know if it will be surcharged or make my insurance go up ?

If it's the first time you've been stopped for it they should have just written you a fix it ticket (warning). So you could probrably easily get out of it. Several of my friends are cops and the courts up here don't like it very much when they write no front plate tickets so they only do it to people who have been warned several times.
