Default I hate waiting...............

I ordered an SLP Line lock (finally) monday from New Era Performance for $125 shipped. Now it's just the waiting game for it to come in. I hate waiting. I wish there were a speed shop close that sold all the **** on the web sites for the same prices.

Make sure you use plenty of teflon paste or even Loctite when you put the solenoid fittings togethor. A few of us have had problems with them leaking like crazy. Kinda sucks when you get to the top of the track and your brakes are all mushy.

Strange, the SLP line lock I had on my Trans Am was fine. Easy install with zero leaks. It now resides on Griffz28350's car!

I will admit that it does work killer once set up. Nothing like locking the car in second an boiling the tires at 115mph.

So I called them today. They did not ship it out because they did not know if it was for an LT1 or an LS1. Told them LS1. Will ship out tomorrow. Said they e-mailed me that they did not know what one with no response. No e-mails, even checked deleted file.

Well that sucks ***. I guess they can only use their phones for in coming calls. I would have told them to stick it up their ***' and called T-Byrne. If they had it in stock you would probrably have it the next day.

I should have called TByrne, but they had it for $125 shipped. I did not know how to post a link to get the price match from them, so it was easier to get it from New Era Performance. I'll probably get the wrong one. It will be good as long as I have it installed for the 16th.
