Need tires!
Need tires! O.K... I know that there's someone out here that knows this.. I need to buy tires, for my truck, and for my car. The truck tires are 265/75/17, standard large size for a 2003 oddge 1/2 ton ram, not looking for anything fancy, just a good all season radial, not even really all too picky about brand, as long as I'll be able to get at least 45K or more out of them, as that's about what the stock tires have on them now, and they are about beat.
Now, for the car, I wanna go with a 27 x 11.5 hoosier QTP, and new front tires too for the skinny's, 26 inch height for the front. Fronts need to be bias ply, I'm on a sportsman front now, and would go with them again unless there's another dot legal skinny bias ply tire out there that will work. Or, of someone has a good hookup on the m/t radial rears, and has the right size, I'd be intrested in those too... because then I could go back to radial, not have that goofy bias ply feel when I do street drive car car, which is turning into a rare occasion these days.
The truck tires are getting shitty in the rain, and one of my e.t. streets has a leak now, went to my parents house, took a look at the car, seemed to be sitting funny... thing's sitting on the drivers side rim
They were about shot anyway, but they definately need replacing now.
If anyone has any hookup's on tire pricing, lemme know, both need to get replaced pretty quick. I'll owe ya one!
