Optimum Voice Hi,
I have Optimum Online and digital cable, they have a total package which is 29.95 for each service for digital cable, online cable and voice cable.
I have called them 4 times and they came 3 times, but didn't do any installation because they kept forgetting to bring the Enhanced Wiring System that I requested which is needed for home monitoring from the central station.
However I have an alarm system and Optimum Voice says it will work but they can't garantee it will work with the home alarm.
Does anyone in the northeast has an home alarm system and Optimum Voice for telephone service?
