I'm looking at possibly relocating to Delaware and I was trying to find out what the job market was like as well as what kind of emissions laws they have.

The emission laws aren't THAT bad here. Depends on what mods. For 96 and up they use the OBD2 scanner and you must pass a readyness test in the PCM for emissions related components. 95 and older uses a 2 speed tailpipe test. One at below 1200 rpms and the other at 2500 rpms. They visually look for cats but that is about it. As long as you are below 220ppm HC's you will pass. My tags are dead at the end of the month so I will need to switch out my 95 PCM for a programmed 96 PCM and put some cats on but I will pass.

Good Luck on your relocation. We need some more fellow f-body people around. Check out www.firststatefbody.com .

depends on what you pay for, you can get yearly tags or two year tags. they also do a visual now for cats on the obd2 cars. my car passed with no emissions equipment aside from cats with all the codes properly deleted.
