no atco. how is cecil? atco doesnt have a TT till november 12! 
i went one time to Cecil with the ESP guys, track seemed pretty good, but it was a pro mod event.
any idea how the track is on a saturday TT?
i think i may shoot for the TT on the 22 of this month.

Cecil County has a real good rep, Brad, but I have no idea how liberal they are w/the VHT on a test 'n tune day. Pretty sure that's one of the oldest sanctioned dragstrips in the country. WJ 
The track prep isnt bad. Cecil is a funny little place and seems so rural yet its 30 mins from Philly and Baltimore. I went to TT on a sat in May and i ran quicker than i did at atco FWIW.

everyone allways says how you allways run faster at cecil than any other track in this area...i didnt beleive it untill a friend of mine in a auto vette on nittos best e.t. at atco was 11.53@122.2 w/ 1.85 60'...3 differant runs were all within .03 of eachother..mph was unchanged. on a similer day weatherwise at cecil about 2 weeks ago ran a new best of 11.23@122.1 w/1.76 60'...backed it up with a 11.21@122.0 w/1.74 60'. i couldnt beleive it....he made no changes to the car and the temp was around the same both nights with low humidity. awsome track.

Brad, go to Cecil.. you'll probably kiss the 8 second mark if that's the case. Lemme know when you are gona go.. if you are gonna meet up at the shop, and have room in the back seat I'd love to go.
yeah cecil is a good track as long as u go on a wed or a sat.......and yes it is a fast track....when my car was bone stock it was goin 14.0 at 100 everysingle pass at atco.....for probably 10-15 runs on diff days....well my first pass at cecil was a 13.7 at 103..... ive never been back to atco since haha.......my cars a tad faster now though........i did go a 1.47 60 foot on a bfg drag radial at cecil a few weeks ago.... thats a pretty good 60 foot considering its an 11.0 car

so from lvd to cecil should be worth a tenth anyway, then the 70 pounds i lost wont hurt!!

dont go to cecil on a friday night...... u wont hook in ur truck...... they dont prep the track

the rumor about it isnt true. i pretty sure they solved it a year or 2 ago with a ball bearing thing, on the discovery chanal. they did a hole thing on drayways ect.

oh ok ill be down there on the 22nd with one of my other customer cars.....hes gonna run it and he wants to spray it for the first time...(its been 9.2 @129 letting off at 1000 ft by previous owner) i think i may down jet it for him haha.....
