Default to sell or not to sell??

recently an oppurtunity came up where i might be able to sell a bunch of the stock parts i've pulled off my car. i know the parts are technologically inferior to the upgraded stuff i have, but the only reason i was considering hanging onto the stuff is because it's a firehawk... and maybe it will be worth more someday with the stock equipment in it.

of course i dont *plan* on EVER selling the car, but you never know what the future will bring, so i dont want to do anything hasty... of course i've already welded in SFC's, which are pretty much permanent, so i think i've already toasted the collectability of the car.

i might be over-thinking this, so any advice is welcome... also, if someone can help me out in figuring out how much this stuff is worth, that would be great! here is the list (the parts have than 23k on it at the time of work being done):

torque arm, LCAs, PHB, entire intake setup (lid, maf, bellows) + AIR pump/hoses, manifolds, cats, tunnel brace, and a hurst shifter (no ****).

I dunno, I was in teh same boast as you, I kept everything thinking that someday that I could put it back on if the car was worth more that way, but the way i figure it, I'l never sell mine either, and if it ever leaves my hands, it's because it got totalled, or because it gets stolen.

Stuff like a tranny, of you were swapping in an auto, that I'd keep, only because if you ever wanted to go back to the other one, you could. Seats, I'd keep that, but old suspension stuff.. I dunno.. like you said, frame connectors already welded in, so that is out the window.

I know that all my old stuff is for sale, I don't really have it advertised anywhere, but when I see someone looking for something, I usually p.m. them and let them know I have it.

I'd sell it. I'm sure if you were going to sell your car to someone they wouldn't say "hey i want the stock lca's in it not these adjustable bmr ones" It's not like you pulled a noyzee on your car and started drillin holes in ****
