don't forget Indy had 3 time outs and a td woud have won the game for them if Pitt only got a FG
And if they had called a running play on 3rd down in that last series, to get a little closer for the Vanderjackoff field goal attempt, instead of Manning throwing on his last shot--Mr. Selfish that he is-- things might have ended differently. Janes had been getting big pieces of real estate w/the run. Manning sure went from hero-to-zero today. I'll admit, Cowher outcoached Dungee big-time today. Pitt deserved and earned the win today, but the bus goes off the road in Denver.... WJ

Colts had their chance too, except for the 50' wide-to-the-right attempt by Vanderchoke. Denver will have their way w/Pittsburgh. Jon, stop whining--the Pats were 3rd best team in the AFC this season--maybe even 4th. Their record speaks for itself. Ace, I will bet w/you against your hero, Worthlessburger next week if you think he's got what it takes to beat Denver.... WJ
WJ, no whining here. I'm stating what I saw last night. We are all entitled to our own opinions. Do yourself a favor and look at the stats (forget the score, obviously they won). Pats dominated in every category, unfortunalety they had more turnovers. Unfortunately the Pats made the mistakes, Denver showed me nothing last night. Also, you also seem to think that teams with easier schedules and more wins are the better team...I dont buy into that. If thats the case, then Jacksonville was a better team than us.

Strength of schedule...

Congrats to the steelers...I suspected that would happen. Lets see if I will 3 for 4 this week. My pics were Seattle, New England, Pitt and Carolina. I was thinking Carolina and New England in the superbowl.

No so much fun when your team isnt there. I was hoping to fly to Detroit for my second straight superbowl, third straight for my Dad. Oh well, hopefully they make some nice off season acquisitions.

Am happy for your Steelers and Bill Cowher. This wk. should be a close game, either way. +3&1/2 for your team right now. Hopefully your QB's arm isn't hurt. Don't want any whiny excuses if Broncos give them a beating, though... WJ
