eastern ct f-bodies just wondering if theres anyone around 395 that cruises around that area...and if so if they could give me some insight when the f-bodies in ct gather or if theres a big gathering coming up again...

You can PM me when your going to be arround. There is a group of us that normally hang out in Plainfield, off Exit 87 on 395. Starting in the summer, we meet at Hanks Dairy bar on RT 12 a lot. Sometimes at car shows @ Altered Images Customs on RT 12 in Plainfield. Check out www.storminstangsofconnecticut.com A Stang site, but a few f-body guys hang out on there. They are all local to Plainfield, Dannielson, Griswold, etc.,

Yup, Right across from the Jade Gardens, Chinees place. I think the Chinees place had a fire and are not in business anymore.

im from ny but im stationed in groton ...i got stationed in nh last year i live about 20 minutes from the track....im comin back down to groton in the fall, but i know a bunch of guys that are big chevy fans down in the plainfield/moosup area. they want me to come down and race a guy with a z28 cause he talks like his car is real big....

68ss are you the one I talked to in the plainfield mcdonalds parking alot a while back?you had crashed your car about 2 years ago practically in front of my house. that kid had been in a branch of the service and said he occasionaly visited the area.

What color Z? There are a couple Very Fast Z's, and a Few Lid & Cat-back **** talkers.
One guy claims to have a "special Motor" in his Formula or T/A. Says it has 475 rwhp w/ stock manifolds.
Can't put headers on it because it sits 2" farther back than other ls1's.

z28convert yea that was me...the kid(well he wasnt really a kid he was 26) w/ the motorcycle that hit me jun 04....im not in groton now but as i told z28 i come down some weekends just to see my friends....im pickin my car up thursday hoping to get a weekend off in the near future....i had my car in the shop again =) starter bracket broke off the motor after i drove through a puddle...now i got my new setup....w/o tune my crappy fuel rails and some electrical problems it dynoed at 595rwhp/526rwtq....i still got some parts left to add....i might come down this sunday if im not stuck at work....

its a black 01 z i believe ttops my friends say hes very "obnoxious"....there was another kid in ct my friend joe knows who had a 6 cylinder he put in the shop to get the 35th anniversary paint on, last i heard he totaled it.....so many f-bodys dieing =( im still sellin my little 6cylinder

may 20 i probably have that day off, unless im in shift work.....i doubt it tho, i missed all the car events last year....dont even think ill make it to NED april 1st....safety parts are back ordered

my 95 had an expensive system...sold most of it tho, all i have left is the custom made box, head unit and 300watt and 100watt tweeters... the only good thing about the car was 30+ mpg i pulled out of it and it was black ttops and black and red interior....looked sharp...
