Yea and I think I saw some drug dealers drive by in the video in their (stock) Escalade laughing. If you get caught racing that's one thing. But just driving around, give me a break. How sad.

Who has the copyrights to that video ? I'd assume that video was paid for by the CHP, thus it theirs... thus how can a public entity claim "copyright infringement" and take it away from the public. Doesn't the public have a say in the matter.
BTW anyone save it?
It also begs the question if a public entity own the copyrights... which board did (and still) they lurk in to get the link in the first place ? This one?
