"(2) The exhaust system of a vehicle may not be modified in a manner which will amplify or increase noise emitted by the motor of a vehicle above the maximum level permitted by Chapter 157 (relating to established sound levels)."
I cant find Chapter 157 though.

on my '94 T/A this is exactly what i did, however, when you do that, you'll need to get a SLIGHTLY smaller radius pipe welded through, and it give the car sort of a "beckoning" noise... made my cammed LT1 sound more like a '69 z-28 or something... sounded really good in a sense, but also made it so it didn't sound real smooth... depends on what you want... i'd suggest just getting your cats hollowed out, and then flanged in... i had bad luck with hollowed out cats too... made sort of a vortex sound where the cat was...

with all that being said..i dont have em...just need to know where to go to get it through inspection..thats all.
