I feel for your loss and dread the day I no longer have my pooch around. All my buddies have nicknamed her the crotch snoggler since she gooses everyone when they come over.

i'm sorry for your loss. it really sucks to lose a pet like that... they are just as much a member of the family as anyone else. I haven't been able to get another dog since we lost ours almost 8 years ago because it hurts so much to lose them.

We'll see if we do. If we get anther he won't be as big. My old man has final say and he'll want a dog that can get on and off the boat easier. We had to help him alot cuz he was so big. You can imagine helping isnt all the easy.

He looked like a fine pooch. Sorry you had to put him down but sometimes its for the best. My parents always wanted to put my dog down, he was blind and walked on the pool cover 
Wish I was there to help him... anyways I guess everyone has one of these stories.

My dog did that too about 2 years ago!!! There is a pic of it somewhere. My dad was helping my grandfather close up the ingroundpool. His cover is a little different though. Rather than filling the bags and using the air ballons under the cover, its like a mesh screen that stretches across and useses springs to keep it nice and tight. The cover itself is advertised as being able to walk on it. You singk down to about your knees. When it was first isnatlled i dunno prob 8-10 years ago now my dad walked across it. My dog was the only other one to try it. He made it across though, luckily for him.
