Norwich, Ct...... My old '02 SOM SS A4 coupe has surfaced in Norwich, Ct. Supposedly was purchased from Clay Chevrolet (in Willamantic?) Anyone seen this car around down there on the street? WJ

Not necessary, but if you talk w/new owner, see if the stall converter, gears and tune have been taken out of it...Should have still around 6,500 miles or less on it.....Should be running 10 spoke chromes w/Eagle F1's, Dual-Dual w/cutout under rear floorboard, and maybe a deep, finned alum. trans pan, and T/A rear cover. Also, look for a FTRA w/alum. scoop hanging real low in front of airdam. Dealer might've removed some of that stuff, incl. line-lock.......One big puddle, or driving in heavy rain w/that scoop hanging downthere and the motor will be toast from hydro-lock.
