You guys need to check your insurance polices. Some don't cover things like this. I found that I was protected if a pipe broke but they didn't cover water from underground/outside unless there is a special rider to attached to the policy.

Theres a guy who has a dam/private waterfall in his backyard. NOT such a good idea, it almost looks like the entire first floor of the house is flooded. BAD *** house too, thing is huge.
If it isn't too dark out later, I'll take the 4wheeler out down the streets with a camera.

So you were able to find a way to where u had to go but when you went to leave more of the roads were closed and you had to try and find another way!!

drove 3 hrs to get to work today usually takes 30 min only to find out that the building was on the main road that was flooded and they closed the road, so i had to drive home and sit in traffic for another 3 hrs, man that sucks at 3 dollars a gallon

i started building an ark so if it gets too bad i can at least save myself and my car....portsmouth roads arent bad at all here but its been relentless rain in the morning and misting in the evening.......good thing i bought my truck!

Well I am actually from Wisconsin, but am on a family vacation driving along the East Coast this weekend. We left home friday night and until about noon today there was not much time that we were not driving through rain. We drove from the Niagra Falls up to Maine yesterday going through Vermont, and New Hampshire before going into Maine. As we were driving out of New Hampshire into Maine we heard on the radio of all the schools and other events being cancelled in the area. Then in Maine there were many roads barricaded because there was standing water or the road had actually washed away from so much flooding. Then on the way back towards New York driving through Massachusetts there was a big traffic jam due to Route 1 being closed. So idk I hope this is not ow it is all the time here beause I am not to impressed of this whole East Coast trip. j/k it is nice just not a fan of the weather this far.
