Default NH/MA Speeding tickets ? ?

Has anyone with a New Hampshire drivers license ever received a speeding ticket in Mass ? The main thing I need to know is do the points show up on my NH license if I plead guilty and pay the ticket ? I really can't afford to have the points transfer to my license , I know that some states don't report to each other .

I got the ticket on 95/128 from a state trooper , I was in my Trailblazer cruising with the flow of traffic about 60-65 , some A-hole in a van was tailgating me so close I couldn't see his f*cking headlights ! So when I had the chance I changed lanes an accelerated , within seconds , a trooper in a Ford Expedition pulls me over , he didn't get me on radar , he clocked me . Wrote me for a 77 in a 55 .
Any advice/help would be appreciated ? I've never gotten a ticket in Mass , so I don't know how the court system works .

Mike you are crazy if you plea guilty! Plea not gulity, get a court date, show up and try to plea bargin your case. 99% of the time they will knock it down to a "no points" violation and you just pay the fine and be on your way, no points on the license. This is what you should do.

the points will follow you.

for a couple of years now the registry has been a nation wide database. the registry is connected to homeland security and whatever you do in whichever state will follow you anywhere. heck, if you have a warrant or owe taxes they dont have to give you your license.

If NH is a compact state, then they will, call your registry and see if they are a part of the multi state compact. I had one in MD in 1996 78-55, pled to it, and paid it, and it never showed.

All 50 states have reciprocating agreements now.
If you get a ticket in any state, it will show up
on your "MVR" and your insurance company will
find out.

I would plead "Not Guilty" and talk to the Trooper
before court. Be Nice, if you do, they usually just
drop it down to a "No Point Fine" and be done with it.
