LT in NJ inspection

are any of you NEW JERSEY guys passing emmisions and inspections with LT setups. Is it possible? If so which ones..

Should be ok as long as you have cats and your emmisions are actually ok.

I thought you have to have your cats in the factory position? This isn't possible with LT's on the driver side.

correct...technically if they check & realize they arent in the factory positions they can fail you, and have every right to do so.

that's why it pays to have a friend own a gas station that does inspections...as long as i pass the OBD2 scan, have what appear to be cats and don't have window tint on the front windows, i can pass. he would allow more if it weren't for the state always making surprise visits to check up on things
