Default Getting things nice and polished

I bought a set of tips off a fellow ls1techer. They are quite a bit scratched on the botten, and overall just not as shiny as they could be. I'm interested in getting them polished to bring them to a shine before i install them. Where would I go for something like this and how much should it cost? I know I could send them to Joshua on the board but I don't wnat to pay shipping charges.

I live in Levittown, PA BTW.

Why not just buy some metal polish at autozone?
