Pic's like that are the only thing that worries me about putting a k-member in my car.

Not sure but from the looks, some of the breakage is at the motor moutn attachments yes?

I dunno if it would be possible in your car or not.. and I don't know if you want the work/added vibration... but your car might be a good candidate for a motor plate. You like to take it apart alot, and it would add some strenth to the front of the car, or at least it should.

Might be something to think about.

thought about the motorplate long ago...its got no business on a street car and its totally uneeded. The k member broke at the weld joint and no its not really at the at the motor mount. Heres a pic of the current bmr k member, mine looks a little different though...as you can see

o.k., now I see where it broke.

I know your point about the motor plate and it's a valid one they do make for a more shaky car and whatnot..... just be easier for you to take apart, you like to change it up alot.. be a time saver in the long run. Plus, might take some stress off the k member too.

How did you respond to his post if his post came after yours? Not only can he snap k-members but he can predict what people say before they say it

LOL

I know I know. You can have a 1000hp motor sitting in the garage, just can't use it cause it'll break ****.
Wish I had that problem.

Just get it fixed up, I want to see that thing in the 9's! Atleast once.
