Default i like ttp

figure this would be a better thread than the recent ones being posted

Damn, lots of hating on TTP recently. I'll post some good experiences to make this thread a little better.

-I drove 3 hrs to have them work on my white SS. they called me, worked around my schedule, had no issues with my car sitting there a few extra days etc.... then i Had an issue, Matt had no problems addressing the problem (unrelated to their work) at no charge. helped me diagnose it... even had me send my pcm back at no extra cost to see if that fixed the issue

-at the ls1tech race at MIR, an idiot friend of mine had a busted batt tray...ttp helped out with a rachet strap so he could race (then he won a gift cert to ttp)

-i referred a friend of mine with a z06 to them for a tune.....drive 3 hrs and get great service....so great that is having them do some pretty big things to his car... -- he can say nothing but good things and i know he's been calling matt daily for updates and has yet to say a bad thing about matt being pissy or anything

needless to say, ttp is still top notch in my book......ill probably be up there to bs when my friend picks up his car

(then he won a gift cert to ttp)
We will still honor this certificate by the way, lol. That was a while ago.

I am very glad to see my positive customers coming in here. I will totally admit that I am not a 100% perfect efficient business at times. But, when there is a problem I just ask that my customers bring it to me first BEFORE bringing it to this website! If you have a problem, I promise I won't bite, just come to me first so we can work to a resolution and not bother with these ls1tech posts.

Once again, I appreciate all of my customers and future customers, we are working day by day to bring you a better TTP and we have come a long way from a shop out of a home garage, to a 4200 sq. ft. facility on a major road. Thanks once again, without you guys and my great employees nothing could be made possible. October 16, 2006 we hit our 7 year anniversary mark, let's go for 30 more!

The dyno day I was at was a great time and as said before the food was great. The weather was bad and not a huge turn out of cars but hey, Matt was a big help on my car taking care of what could have been quite a costly problem for me.
